ITV The Masked Singer viewers 'work out' celeb behind Piranha as they're '100% convinced'
ok.co.ukThe Masked Singer UK viewers are convinced they already know Piranha's true identity.The show has only just returned to our TV screens, with a new line-up of masked singing celebrities unveiled last night, 6 January – Air Fryer, Bubble Tea, Owl, Eiffel Tower, Chicken Caesar and Piranha.
Already fans have been blown away by the celebrities' singing voices and they're certain they recognise Piranha's. Helping out panellists Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross, Rita Ora and Mo Gilligan, viewers believe Piranha's true identity was McFly lead singer Danny Jones.
And during the latest episode, Piranha went up against Chicken Caesar and one viewer tweeted: "Piranha on the masked singer defo sounds like Danny Jones." Taking to X, formerly known at Twitter, another posted: "Danny is 100% on The Masked Singer." While a third added: "I am 98% sure Piranha on The Masked Singer UK might be Danny Jones from McFly!!!!" Each week, the characters give clues to their famous identity, and Piranha's video opened in an underworld water.
He said: "It’s pretty scary being underwater, other piranhas snapping at you. I dream of getting away, with plenty of fish in the sea, I’d rather be elsewhere.
