PETER Andre has opened up about his family ski trip to Bulgaria with all four kids and wife Emily - after they were barred from France at the last minute.

The 48-year-old and his family were originally supposed to be hitting the slopes in France, but "nightmare" requirements meant they were diverted to Bulgaria at the last minute.

But singer Pete has insisted it all worked out fine, and said: "I had no idea Bulgaria is a ski destination and it’s been wonderful." And Pete urged his fans to try out skiing as a family, adding: "It’s such a good bonding experience because you’re doing activities together.

The kids can learn on the nursery slopes, you can all learn – even the adults. It’s how we learned – on the green runs. It really is a special holiday." Proud dad Pete shared a snap of him with Emily, 32, and children Junior, 16, Princess, 14, Amelia, eight and five-year-old Theo posing during the break.
