LAURA Whitmore has opened up about her shock decision to quit Love Island after parting ways with the huge show. The 37-year-old announced she would no longer be the host of Love Island last month, three years after taking over from pal Caroline Flack.
In a new interview, Laura hinted ITV2 bosses held her back in some way. She said: "I hate having anything I'm not allowed to say.
I couldn't ask Love Islanders if they were OK." Addressing controversy surrounding the Islanders' behaviour in the latest series and their mental health, she told The Sunday Times: "It is hard. "Your face is the front of the show but I am one tiny person and have no producing role so I couldn't say if I didn't think something was OK.
