Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group, has bought a parcel of land from The Manchester College, which is building a new £100m campus on the same site.

A total of 442 one, two and three-bedroom flats are proposed, with some homes having private balconies alongside communal roof terraces, lounges and workspaces.
