House prices in the UK are sitting 30 per cent higher on average than the previous market peak in 2007.The average price for property in Scotland, according to Zoopla, is £216,934 for July 2021 which is a 1.91% increase from the last three months.The property marketing company currently estimates that in the last 12 months, there has been a 9.05 per cent increase in house prices in Scotland.
