A man has been arrested and charged in connection with a disturbance on a Lanarkshire street.The 22-year-old was rushed to hospital following the alleged incident in East Kilbride on Friday afternoon, June 17.Locals watched a huge police presence swoop on Lavender Drive, Whitehills, around 2.15pm.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
