The 61-year-old artist put the Gloucestershire property on the market in 2014, with estate agents promising her to make a huge profit on the place.

Experts anticipated that she would sell the home for at least £250,000, which would allow her to pursue her dreams of opening up a boutique hotel.But those hopes were quickly dashed as she was only able to persuade one person to view the property.Mary Rose said that the sole viewer left the home ‘pretty quickly’ during a brief tour of the place.
