Its string of dates here last year were the first performed in the UK outside of London.In the capital, the Book of Mormon has sold out every date of its residency at the Prince of Wales theatre.Written by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, together with Avenue Q's Robert Lopez, the story follows two missionaries sent from their home in Salt Lake City to preach the Mormon religion to a remote Ugandan village.The two young men find a notable lack of interest from the villagers, who have bigger things to deal with - such as famine, AIDS, and warfare.It debuted in 2011 and immediately won itself a flurry of Tony Awards, which recognises excellence in live.
