Helen Skelton plugs new episode of show after shock marriage split

Helen Skelton has been plugging the new episode of her show Inside the Superbrands only days after she announced she and husband Richie Myler have split up.The former couple have been married for nearly nine years and share three children - one of which, their baby daughter Elsie, was born only four months ago.

But while the Countryfile presenter has been going through plenty in her personal life, she still finds time to share her latest work projects with fans.The 38 year old star, who also took a holiday abroad for a much-needed break recently, reposted a serious image of herself going behind the scenes of major food brands for a new documentary series.

Alongside a snap of mum-of-three Helen dressed in an autumnal leather jacket, which came complete with a teddy fur collar and cream scarf, the production company Hidden Light Productions captioned a teaser of the episode. "This Sunday on ‘Inside the Superbrands’, @helenskelton goes behind the scenes of @mccainukie, the world’s largest chip company," they began. "In 2019, McCain experienced one of the UK’s worst potato harvests for 40 years. "Helen visits one of the farms to discover how they cope with a demand of 650k tonnes of potatoes a year, despite the unpredictable weather conditions." Helen opted for subtle makeup and wore her creamy blonde locks natural as she held back her fringe with a pair of black sunglasses.

In the background, a gigantic mountain of potatoes sat ready to be peeled and turned into one of the nation's greatest oven dishes.
