The funeral for a hero Scots NHS worker who spent more than 30 years caring for others before passing away from suspected coronavirus has taken place.
Jane Murphy made the final journey from her home in Mayfield on Thursday morning before briefly stopping outside the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.
Dozens of heartbroken colleagues of the 73-year-old, who worked in the A&E department, gathered to pay their respects and say goodbye to ‘Ma Murphy’.
