cancer died a month after complaining of a bad back.Brian Case worked at Hoover's factory in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales, for more than 30 years and his family are now taking legal action against the company.Brian's family from Treharris claim he was exposed to asbestos while working there, Wales Online reported.After being treated for back pain, Mr Case was diagnosed with mesothelioma - an aggressive and deadly type of cancer related to previous asbestos exposure - in June last year.

Less than one month later, he died, aged 82.To mark UK Action Mesothelioma Day on July 2, his family want to warn others who think they might be affected by asbestos to get checked and seek help.His daughter Sarah Bard said: "When he started having a bad back he.
