Former Wigan Warriors prop George Burgess has launched a sensational bid to resurrect his career in the NRL next season. Burgess left the Warriors at the start of this year to undergo life-changing hip surgery, having made just eight appearances for the Super League club since joining at the beginning of the 2020 season from South Sydney Rabbitohs.
