Gabrielle Union is taking legal action against NBC and the producers of America’s Got Talent — including Simon Cowell — amid allegations that she encountered racism on set.The Bring It On star, 47, filed a harassment complaint against Cowell, 60, NBCUniversal, Fremantle Productions and Syco, New York magazine’s Yashar Ali tweeted on Thursday, June 4.The news comes months after Union and her fellow judge Julianne Hough announced their exits from America’s Got Talent in November 2019.
