policy providers A-Plan Insurance have created a special new section on their website which will enable users to calculate the indicative cost of insuring some of the film franchise’s most iconic vehicles.

The site reveals that those who want a fully kitted out Aston Martin DB5 might need to pay a minimum of £93,569 to cover the cost of the special gadgets and weaponry that comes as standard with every classic Bond car, such as torpedoes, an ejector seat and target seeking shotguns.Civilians who have the privilege of insuring the DB5 could normally expect to pay around £5000, based on the vehicle’s cost of £600,000, but the cost sky rockets when weapons such as rocket launchers are included.Another Bond vehicle that will set pulses racing.
