Bachelor producer Jazzy Collins penned an open letter to ABC, calling for more diversity both in front and behind the camera, Us Weekly confirms.Collins’ letter, which Us obtained on Friday, June 12, came after ABC announced Matt James as its first black Bachelor in 25 seasons.In her statement, Collins claimed that she was the only black person in the casting office throughout her five seasons with the franchise.
