Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

From 2011 to 2017, she played Rachel Zane on the American legal drama Suits. Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) is reminding residents of the region to follow balcony safety advice following incidents where fires have spread from barbecues lit on balconies of flats and apartments.
The emergency service tweeted out a warning, telling people to never use a barbecue on a balcony 'under any circumstances' - and to 'never flick cigarette stubs off balconies'.
