evoke.ieSimon Thomas has revealed that his dear father passed away on Friday at the age of 78. The broadcaster, who lost his wife Gemma to cancer almost three years ago, announced the heartbreaking news on Instagram.
Sharing a snap of his mum and dad, Simon wrote a sweet message: ‘Goodbye Dad. We will always love you.’ The 47-year-old also paid tribute to his young son Ethan, sharing the kind words the young boy expressed in the wake of his Grandpa’s death.
