Face coverings to be mandatory in ALL shops as social distancing is relaxed

Face coverings will be mandatory for anyone entering shops in Scotland, the First Minister has announced today.From July 10, the rule will be in place for anyone entering a supermarket or shop, Ms Sturgeon said.In addition, the 2 metre physical distancing rule has been relaxed for certain sectors.The sectors include: Public Transport, Outdoor hospitality, Indoor hospitality, Retail (including personal retail services).In such sectors and settings where the exception applies, individual workplaces, premises or settings may be permitted to move to 1 metre distancing only where agreed risk mitigation measures are in place.In addition, physical distancing for kids under 12 has been scrapped altogether from tomorrow.The Scottish Government.
