Detavio Samuels has been named COO at Revolt Media & TV, where he will oversee all aspects of programming and development at the multiplatform hip-hop brand founded by Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Samuels will report directly to Revolt CEO Roma Khanna. Samuels joins Revolt from Interactive One, where he served as president and led the company’s cross-platform sales, brand solution and branded entertainment group One Solution/OneX.

In that role, he was responsible for driving overall growth of the company’s digital media platform iOne, which produces and distributes new and pop culture content.
