EMMERDALE fans are demanding Cain Dingle is sent to jail after a forgotten storyline showed him to be a paedophile. The village hardman - who is played by actor Jeff Hordley in the ITV soap - has always been a bad boy and a criminal.

But fans were shocked to be reminded of just how low Cain has sunk before. In classic Emmerdale from 2001 that was repeated last week, Cain was shown to be a paedophile who groomed a 15 year old girl in a sick revenge scheme against her mum.

He slept with Ollie, 15, when she was underage in order to hurt her mother, his ex Angie. The sickening scenes saw Cain try to force Angie into witnessing his vile actions by calling her before the act.
