Detectives probe savage knife attack in Paisley
dailyrecord.co.ukDetectives are probing a savage attack in Paisley which left a man with five knife wounds.The victim aged 52 was discovered bleeding from his lacerations in the town’s Thrushcraig Crescent early this morning.Police responded to an emergency alert from the Scottish Ambulance Service at around 2.35am on Saturday following reports of the incident where a man has been victim of the attack.The man, who has not been identified by police, suffered injuries to his arms and torso in the onslaught.He was taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital by ambulance where he received treatment for his slash wounds, which are described as not being life threatening.CID in Paisley are treating the incident as a serious assault and are appealing for witnesses or
