Dentist moves to reassure Wishaw residents they will receive treatment despite coronavirus

A local dentist is reassuring patients, that they will still receive treatment if they require urgent dental care.Anne Moore is reminding Wishaw residents that although services are being delivered in a different way, the NHS is still open.Routine dental care has currently been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, patients requiring urgent treatment will be seen at one of Lanarkshire’s dental care centres.Anne said: “During COVID-19, the way in which we access dental treatment has changed.“Dentists have been asked to stop all routine ‘face-to-face’ dental care.
