Dad's anger after neighbours 'eat his children's KFC' following Uber Eats mix-up

A dad has been left 'fuming' after a mix-up with Uber Eats led to his neighbours eating his family's KFC. Jason Buckton, from Thornaby, noticed something was amiss when he found three boneless pieces missing from his £27 order.

He argued that the online delivery service messed up his family's tea while being left puzzled as to why anyone would eat a takeaway they clearly had not ordered. Read more: The 47-year-old explained he was "fuming" from the incident.

Initially, the family didn't receive any of their order and it was only returned to them later on after the driver was confronted.

But the hungry family was further disappointed after discovering someone had already pinched some food from the big order. "Obviously I wasn't going to touch it," added the dad-of-two.
