Cyclist rushed to hospital with serious injuries after horror crash with bus on A91

The cyclist was then rushed by ambulance to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee for treatment to serious injuries. Officers were forced to shut down the busy road near to its junction with Old Station Road in St Andrews as a result.The area was then re-opened six hours later at around 11.30pm.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.35pm on Wednesday, 8 September, officers were called to a report of a road crash involving a bus and a cyclist on the A91, near to its junction with Old Station Road in St Andrews."Officers attended and the road was closed.
