Having analysed his phone, officers discovered that 'flare messages' were sent from the device advertising the drugs for sale, reports North Wales Live.Sentencing Williams at Mold Crown Court on Thursday, Judge Niclas Parry, heard how the case had 'all the hallmarks of a county lines.
