Coronavirus: Police Scotland clarify lockdown rules after English force issue new guidelines

As the nation entered lockdown, the public were told to stay at home and only leave to get essentials, to exercise, visit vulnerable people and travel to work.

Police chiefs south of the border have since relaxed their coronavirus guidelines, including allowing people to exercise more than once a day.

But Scotland's measures have not changed since lockdown was introduced - meaning rules will now be different to those in England.
