CORONATION Street star Sam Aston's wife Briony let him know he was going to be a dad with the sweetest message over breakfast.

The loved-up revealed they are going to have a baby boy in September and Briony was so excited to tell her husband she couldn't sleep.

The yoga instructor woke up at 3am in her early pregnancy and couldn't sleep, so planned a cute way to let Sam know the good news.

She prepared the Corrie star toast and eggs, but served them on a personalised wooden board that read, "Daddy, you're a good egg.
