As 2020 draws to a close, Catherine Fulvio reflects on a difficult year both personally and professionally that is, thankfully, ending on a good note.
The first lockdown saw business in the tourism-dependent Ballyknocken Cookery School grind to a halt and in September the chef’s father sadly passed away.
The Wicklow woman managed to pick herself up and find positives in the year despite the hardship she suffered, as she began studying nutrition, is looking forward to Catherine Celebrates airing on RTÉ and launched her online cookery school.
Speaking to EVOKE Catherine shared, ‘It has been a challenging year from a business point of view and I suppose an emotional point of view as well with my dad passing.
