Joe Exotic
Joseph Allen Maldonado-Passage (born March 5, 1963), better known by his stage name Joe Exotic, is an American former zoo operator, internet personality, musician, and convicted felon. The former owner and operator of the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park (a.k.a. G. W. Zoo) in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, Maldonado-Passage had claimed to be the most prolific breeder of tigers in the United States. He twice unsuccessfully ran for public office, first for President of the United States in 2016 as an independent, and then for Governor of Oklahoma in 2018 as a Libertarian.

Carole Baskin (born June 6, 1961) is an American animal rights activist and owner of Big Cat Rescue, a non-profit animal sanctuary based near Tampa, Florida. Baskin drew public attention when she was featured in the 2020 Netflix documentary series Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness about Oklahoma-based private zoo operator known as Joe Exotic. The Netflix series follows both Baskin and Joe Exotic, filming their ongoing and escalating feuds over exotic animals in private zoos. Following the series' release, Baskin has been targeted by Internet memes related to the disappearance of Don Lewis, her second husband.

Carole Baskin has signed to compete on the new season of 'Dancing with the Stars'. The 'Tiger King' star is part of the line-up for the ballroom series which was confirmed by ABC on Tuesday (02.09.20).

The 59-year-old Big Cat Rescue CEO - who found global fame in 2020 due to the Netflix series documenting her feud with now-imprisoned GW Zoo owner Joe Exotic - will be joined on the dancefloor by rapper Nelly, former 'Desperate Housewives' actor Jessie Metcalfe, Selling Sunset' Chrishell Stause, 'Catfish' host Nev Schulman, Disney Channel star Skai Jackson and Backstreet Boys singer AJ McLean.

The full line-up is completed by Super Bowl champion Vernon Davis, 'One Day at a Time' star Justina Machado, 'Cheer' cheerleading coach Monica Aldama,.
