Bill Cosby to Walk Free, Sexual Assault Conviction Overturned

Pennsylvania’s highest court has agreed to let Bill Cosby walk free, overturning his sexual assault conviction on Wednesday (June 30).

In late 2015, Cosby, 83, was arrested and charged for the sexual assault and drugging of Andrea Constand.

He eventually was sentenced to 3-10 years, and vowed to spend 10 years in prison versus express remorse. He had served two years thus far.
