Britain's Got Talent fans were left confused on Sunday's episode over Simon Cowell's "homegrown" talent comment after the ITV show's golden buzzer was used to send through a US pro to the semi-finals.
The hit ITV talent competition returned to ITV over the weekend to celebrate the long Easter weekend and after Brit Kidz performed a routine inspired by different BGT acts, Simon gushed about the group being "homegrown" talent.
Simon, 62, could be heard saying to his fellow judges, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, David Walliams: "I have to say, about this show, the acts feel homegrown.
It's like they've done something specifically for this and I like that." Get exclusive celebrity stories and reality tv news straight to your inbox with OK!
