THE BBC have shut down production on six shows including Casualty and Holby City. The two medical dramas will halt production immediately alongside other continuing dramas EastEnders and Doctors.
Scottish drama River City has also been pulled from production as has Welsh soap Pobol y Cwm. A BBC spokeswoman told the Sun Online: "In light of the spread of Covid-19, after much consideration, it has been decided that filming on all BBC Studios continuing dramas will be postponed until further notice.
