Garcia has been open for some time about wanting to leave City when his contract expires this summer, with a return to Barcelona always on the cards.
Now, Barca have confirmed that an agreement has been reached to sign Garcia on July 1, when his City contract finally expires.
Barcelona confirmed the 20 year old will return to the Nou Camp after four years in Manchester, and he will sign a huge five-year contract until the end of the 2025/26 season.
