Back to School East Kilbride charity receives welcome boost from housebuilder

While the school summer holidays are only a few weeks in, for some returning to school is already on their mind. As part of its ongoing commitment to working in partnership with local communities, Taylor Wimpey West Scotland has donated £250 to Back to School East Kilbride to help boost its efforts to provide new school uniforms for children returning to schools across East Kilbride after the summer break.

Back to School East Kilbride aims to ensure that every child in need in their local area has access to new school uniform, and it accepts donations of everything a child needs for school including pencil cases, gym kit, coats, scarves and hats, as well as typical school uniform items.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
