Meghan Markle receives birthday wish from Kate and William in possible olive branch

Meghan Markle has received birthday wishes from a number of royals, including Kate and William in a move that could be considered a gesture of goodwill.

The two shared a message to their sister-in-law on Twitter, with a photo of Meghan at St Paul's Cathedral. The photo was taken at the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, which took place in June, reports the Express.

The tweet read: "Wishing a happy birthday to The Duchess of Sussex!"It was reported in the past that Meghan and Kate had a bumpy relationship, with reports that Kate was left “sobbing” during an argument ahead of her 2018 wedding.

Meghan said "the reverse happened" in her bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey.Since then she has said that there "wasn’t a confrontation" and an apology had been made.
