Ayrshire bus firm Stagecoach cancels more services due to staff shortages

More bus journeys in and out of the Ayrshire region have been cancelled today by Stagecoach West Scotland. The firm has blamed the disruption on staff shortages, which prompted the cancellation of more than 100 journeys on Monday.

Now passengers can expect another round of reduced services today- with numerous journeys falling by the wayside. The reduced services includes: the number 1 from Carrick Street to Hayhill, number 2 from Carrick Street, the number 6 from Boswell Park and the 42 service — which affects those travelling from Ayr, Muirkirk and Drongan.
