Mother-of-four Natasha Hamilton has shared the secret behind her newly toned physique.The 37 year old took to Instagram to post pictures of herself looking toned in a bikini.

Natasha, who is most well-known for being part of Atomic Kitten, says that she didn’t change her diet and still drank wine to achieve her figure.

She also says in her lengthy caption that she is “heavier” now and is healthy and fit. Writing to her 116,000 followers about her results Natasha said: “I am taking part in the body positivity challenge!!!

This is me, no makeup, no filter. “This is me not on a diet either! I’ve not had to restrict what I eat. I’m not following a ‘plan’.
