Andrea McLean broke down in tears as she hosted her final episode of Loose Women before leaving the show on Wednesday 16 December.

Loose Women star Andrea, 51, recently announced she would be leaving the ITV daytime talkshow after 13 years as the coronavirus changed her perspective on life.

After she was surprised by her fellow panelist Brenda Edwards to sing a song, Andrea became overwhelmed with emotion. Fighting back tears, Andrea, who suffered a secret breakdown last year, said: “Can I just say, being on Loose Women is like a real life soap opera.
