Airdrie’s MSP says people “must prepare for restrictions on normal life to continue for some time” as the country reaches the end of its fifth week of lockdown in the battle against coronavirus.Constituency representative Alex Neil was responding to the publication of the Scottish Government document outlining what factors would need to be considered to move towards any kind of gradual easing of the current restrictions.The paper, entitled Covid-19: a framework for decision-making, was launched yesterday by Nicola Sturgeon and sets out how decisions could be taken to in the future to control the spread of the virus while restoring a degree of normality to everyday life.Mr Neil noted that “it recognises that new ways of living – effectively
