msn.com@commentsbycelebs, an Instagram account with almost two million followers, that curates the best comments celebrities have left on each other’s Instagram accounts.
In the two years since its launch, it has become a micro-media empire featuring a spin-off podcast and range of viral merch.
It is vacuous and entertaining, and it is rotting my brain. After one binge I slept poorly while my brain scrolled at hyper-speed through its dream version of this incestuous Instagram newsfeed.
I set a daily limit on my Instagram use but unfortunately, all you have to do to bypass it is tap a button that says “ignore for today”.
