Young Thug was arrested Monday night as part of an indictment of 28 alleged members and associates of the Young Stoner Life crew.

The rapper, whose legal name is Jeffery Lamar Williams, initially faced two felony charges — conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) and participation in criminal street gang activity — each of which can carry up to a 20-year prison sentence in Georgia.

He is currently in jail awaiting his first court hearing, and today, he has been charged with seven more felonies, online documents reviewed by The FADER confirm.

The additional charges are the result of a raid on his home in Atlanta's Buckhead neighborhood, WSB-TV's Michael Seiden reports.
