Prince Philip took up carriage driving in the 1970s and it was no secret that his ponies were his pride and joy. The Duke of Edinburgh who passed away on April 9, has reportedly left his beloved ponies and carriage to his granddaughter Lady Louise Windsor, who he taught the sport to, according to The Mirror.
According to the MailOnline, sources have said that Lady Louise will regularly exercise the ponies at Windsor. The 17-year-old was one of the 30 mourners at Prince Philip ’s funeral in St George’s Chapel on Saturday.
