Cops have issued a warning ahead of the 'biggest marches of COP26' that will see protesters descend on Glasgow streets. Around 8,000 people are set to take part in a climate strike for Youth and Public Empowerment Day on Friday, November 5.
Greta Thunberg has confirmed she will also be taking part in the event, which has been organised by Fridays for Future Scotland.
The march will leave Kelvingrove Park at 11.30am and make its way to George Square via Kelvin Way, Sauchiehall Street, Kelvingrove Street, Argyle Street, St.
Vincent Street, Pitt Street, West George Street, Blythswood Square, West George Street, Nelson Mandela Place, West George Street and then to George Square.This will be followed by an even larger protest on Saturday,
