However, purse bids were delayed for the fourth time, leaving the Gypsy King frustrated as he posted his anger in the form of videos on social media.
It comes amid speculation regarding the future of the Anthony Joshua vs Oleksandr Usyk rematch, with Joshua reported to have a £15m offer on the table to step aside.
However, it looks to be that this will no longer be needed, as Fury will come up against Whyte with the fight expected to be held in March.
