PAISLEY DAILY EXPRESS: Live news as it happens In a separate incident, police are investigating after a McGill’s bus driver was threatened by a man holding a knife.The incident happened on the number 26 bus in Old Sneddon Street, Paisley, around 2.50pm on Sunday.The 45-year-old man became involved in a verbal altercation with a passenger over a fare.Police said the man then produced a blade before making off with a woman and a toddler.A Police Scotland spokesman said: “If anyone saw what happened I would urge them to come forward to police immediately.”Anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111..
