While some areas have seen dozens of lives lost to the disease, there are 14 areas across the country where no deaths have occurred.
Despite Manchester's high infection rate in comparison to some places, zero deaths have been registered in Deansgate and Castlefield, according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS).
