manchestereveningnews.co.ukManchester Evening News reported yesterday how police raided nine addresses on Friday morning. Six men, aged between 16 and 31, were arrested on suspicion of firearms offences and criminal damage.
Five of them were taken into custody while one was taken to hospital after complaining of being unwell.While at the hospital, the man became aggressive toward police officers, assaulting four of them.The images show the 'serious' bite-marks suffered by two of the officers, one of whom is a 69-year-old Special Constable who has supported front line policing throughout the pandemic.The Special Constable was treated for an arm injury while a Police Constable suffered an injury to his leg.
