Taraji P. Henson: ‘My haircare line is for everyone’

Taraji P. Henson is thrilled her line, TPH by Taraji, is suitable for use on all hair types. The Empire actress launched her debut beauty brand earlier this year, with the 18-piece collection featuring products that cover the basics of cleansing and conditioning, as well as scalp-care formulas for textured, afro, and curly tresses.

However, Taraji insisted that her haircare line can be used by all people, as after being on the receiving end of racial discrimination throughout her life, she doesn’t want to isolate any ethnicities. “I don’t want people to think that this is a line that is just targeted at natural hair,” the 49-year-old told Allure magazine. “This line is also for wigs.
