State Pension payment dates will be early for some people next week - everything you need to know

State Pension is typically paid on the same day every four weeks by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), however, that is about to change for some people over the Christmas and New Year holiday period.

The DWP has already confirmed changes to Universal Credit and other benefit payment dates including Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Attendance Allowance and Employment Support Allowance (ESA).

The Child Benefit Office has also updated its website with seasonal payment dates and HMRC has made public the changes to Tax Credit payment dates.
