Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.

They were launching a new series of America’s Got Talent in Pasadena, California. The pair join Simon Cowell, 60, on the judging panel.
He arrived in Cuban heels to kick off the hunt for new talent. Modern Family actress Sofia is a new addition to the judging panel, after it was announced last month that she would join Heidi, Simon and Howie Mandel for upcoming season 15.
In a statement, Colombian-born Sofia said: "I'm so happy to join my new family on AGT. "This is a new and exciting next chapter for me and I'm extremely proud to be the first.
